"I took my 3 little boys for haircuts and the cookie cutter was too busy so we walked over to sports clip and it was so easy and the wait wasn’t too bad. My boys were in and out and looked great! The only problem I had was the price was a little high for kids"

"I've gone to this location for quite some time and have always had fairly positive experiences. Today was no different, other than one major thing I need to address.
Today Felicia cut my hair and accidentally cut into my hairline. This was truthfully not a big deal. Of course I wasn't thrilled with it, but she did it accidentally and felt terrible about it. She went about it the exact way great customer service should. She apologized profusely and said she wanted to make it up to me. This is what led to the moment I need to draw attention to.
Felicia asked her manager on duty what they could do to help compensate for cutting into my hairline, and the manager on duty shrugged and said "3 bucks." She dismissed it and showed no care for my experience as a customer.
It wasn't the fact that she only comped three dollars that frustrated me, but the lack of care for the customer experience concerned me to know she was in charge. I write this not to get anyone in trouble, but to draw attention to the fact that this manager didn't reflect good customer service in the slightest.
Felicia has cut my hair before and has always done a wonderful job. I want to note that this review is in no way negative about her, as I think she's fantastic. I hope this reaches the right person to make sure service is a priority for management at this location."

"Spectacular experience! I don't know why a guy would get his hair cut any where else. Hot towel, massage chair, shampoo with scalp relaxation, sports on tv, cute friendly staff. MVP is the only way to go!!"
